Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Email admin@odourblitz.com.au before sending anything back.
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs where relevant.
